This class is for individuals interested in identifying skills possessed or required for career development. This class will help participants understand the fundamentals of skills and capacity development. It is designed to equip participants with adequate skills needed in starting up careers. It is a total package whether you are a first time job seeker, you need to change jobs or a 360 degrees career change. Proposal Writing & Project Development
This class is for individuals interested in developing quality and competitive proposals. It will equip the participants with effective tools for problem analysis; setting goals; SMART outputs and outcomes; understanding monitoring, evaluation, impact and sustainability issues; and developing budgets. It will also give research tips for identifying potential donors and requirements.

Livelihood and Asset Based Economic Development
This class is focused on helping participants understand livelihood activities; identify what assets are available to them and what possible livelihood outcome can be achieved. Through this class participants can learn if livelihood activities already engaged in has the potential to help them exit poverty, if is sustainable and how to diversify their income portfolio. Business Enterprise Development and Value Chain Analysis
Value chain describes the full range of activities that are required to bring a product or service from conception, through the intermediary of production and delivery to final consumers, and final disposal after use. This class will equip the participants with adequate tools to carry out a value chain analysis for business enterprise areas. Through this analysis participants can better understand the market trends and are better informed to make decisions of areas to focus any business enterprise.

Social Enterprise Development
This class is for individuals interested in the convergence of business methods and social interest to effect social change. This class will help equip participants with the knowledge and tools needed to identify elements of social enterprise and models. It will enable participants with the foundations of setting up socially-oriented venture that advances its social mission through entrepreneurial market based approaches.

Setting up effective Cooperatives
Co-ops empower people like you to take charge of your future. This class will enable participants know more about how co-ops can achieve this. The class will cover fundamentals such as: details about what co-operatives are; examples of how co-operatives are being used successfully; answers to some common questions about Co-operatives; an outline of some of the important steps to starting a co-operative. Hopefully it will inspire you and help you imagine the possibilities that co-operation can bring – to you and your community.
